Studio zero was listed on Steam a month ago but it was not clear exactly whether it was AI or not. Well it was confirmed a few days ago with a trailer uploaded to Steam. It features real characters and is supported by a tiny bit of AI generated content for effects and art design. It does star a few actresses who have been in FMV games before. Based on the trailer, it is predominantly first-person but also uses the occasional third-person shot.

Actresses Zhang Yao (张垚) and Feng Ruohang (冯若航), both from Protagonist, are in the game along with what seems to be 3 more love interests. Two of them appear to be robots. Set in 2040+ it is one of the few sci-fi romance FMV games, with some others being Love Chase and Customized Girlfriend.
It only lists support for Chinese. No release date given but it might come out late this year.
