The demo for Re2 I Rise Alone was released today on Steam. It offers about one hour of content, or about six in-game days. Players will be able to explore the city and undertake some RPG like progression. The demo is 31.1 GB in size, which is bigger than many full games. No release date has been given yet but with the demo newly released the game is likely to release this year.
Re2 I Rise Alone is one of the few games on Steam where you play as yourself, not a preset character. Most games handle this by giving players nicknames or role names. Veteran actresses Yan Ran (KOKL2), Zhang Ying (Rebooted Fate), and Qiao Yaona (Soul Touch) are in the game.
The story begins in a rented room in an urban village – you can’t afford the rent, let alone your sister’s tutoring fees, and your life has hit rock bottom. But every corner of this city holds a turning point. You must explore the city on foot, rewriting your life’s trajectory with every choice, rising from a nobody to a winner in both career and love.
