Mystery Crown have opened the store page for Inner Scales 2. The sequel to Inner Scales 1 features an impressive roster of 13 actresses, many who will be recognizable to fans of the genre. It is set 3 months after the first game and features a series of game challenges. Unlike the first game, multiple actresses will appear on screen together. Mystery Crown have previously mentioned they want to launch the game in November.
Zhang Cheng has been secretly digging into the dark conspiracy behind the Xinyuan (CommonTrack) AI emotional‑companion APP. To his shock, some girls who escaped the prison building keep popping up in news reports as criminal suspects. From what he knows, they should never have wound up on such a path.
Anonymous intel keeps flowing to him. An insider embedded within the organization works in secret with him, hoping he will expose the evil truth. As Zhang Cheng digs deeper following the clues, he walks straight into a trap and is captured by the mysterious Bird‑Mask faction.
A special drug is injected into his body, tampering with his memories. Fragments of events remain, yet he can no longer recall any woman’s face.
The cast is astronomical in terms of FMV games. Five actresses return from the first game: Wang Xingchen, Guo Xinyu, Wen Jun, Chen Man, and Shen Yichen.
New additions include Wang Han (Knowledge of Know Lady), Zou Jiajia (Love is All Around), Lou Ling (Hello Love: 18 Again), Guo Zhiyao (Love in Summer), and Zhang Kaiyue (My Journey)
Across the 13 actresses there are over 40 game credits.
The game store page does not currently list English but the trailer has English subtitles. Mystery Crown have done this for their last few releases because they previously had issue with Steam reviewers pointing out subtitle problems. Expect English to be available at launch.
