Demos for both Beauties and the Stranded and Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2 have been released onSteam. They offer the first chapter in the game, although other features (e.g. character voting) are not enabled in the demos.
In terms of length, Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2 offers the most content, taking over an hour to view all paths. While Beauties and the Stranded will take half of that, which could indicate the game will be much shorter. Both demos were probably released today because Steam sales begin tomorrow and it tends to bury new releases.

The demo of Beauties and the Stranded only has 3 of the 5 characters: Da-yeon, So-seo, and Nana. While the other two missing characters, Joy and Ji-ni, will presumably appear in chapter 2.
The demo of Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2 has 4 of the 6 characters. Gran Dong and Min-jung Park do not appear. The new additions Yoo-jung Yang, Gyu-ri Bang, and Yu-na Jeong do seem like they’ll be quite interesting characters, and Mal-sook is much like she was in season 1.
No release date was given for either of these games, but it is possible that Five Hearts Under One Roof Season 2 will be releasing early November based on a possible leak from one of the actresses.
