The Japanese FMV romance market just got a little bigger with the listing of Roommates, Romance, and Ringing Hearts on Steam. Unfortunately the store page is not translated into English.

Translating the store page reveals that the player-character was preparing for university life but a setback leaves them homeless and they end up living in a share house. Initially, this sounds quite a bit like Five Hearts Under One Roof. The game’s events will take place over a full year as you will choose swimsuits for summer, enjoy Halloween parties, and Christmas.
The game was created by a TV station has has produced many variety shows. The five love interests are show below:
Nao: Your childhood friend who’s known you forever—and is super jealous.
Nagi: An idol trainee. She’s not great at dancing but works hard.
Anon: A dependable science major senior at your part-time job. Talented, beautiful, and understanding, she’ll comfort you.
Ruka: A national idol and your best friend’s younger sister. Innocent and irresistibly cute, you can’t help but fuss over her.
Mirei: A regular customer at your part-time job. An older sister figure with a mysterious charm.
The game only lists support for Chinese and Japanese (+ audio). No release date was given but it will probably come late this year. A demo is also listed on the Steam store, with a description saying it includes the first chapter although some routes are locked. Many other games have had placeholder demos that never released, but this sounds like it will come out.
The game’s Japanese name is 敏感！恋のアンテナ ビンビン別嬪荘 which translates into something like Sensitive! Love Antenna Buzzing at Villa Beppin.
