It shows some more new footage of all the main six love interests, although without subtitles for the talking parts. It also seems like the main character will celebrate their birthday.
The developer has recently revealed that English, Japanese, and Korean language support is coming to the game just a few weeks after release. No planned release date yet but it will probably be out late August or September.
