Singapore enters the FMV romance genre with the listing of Islands of Hearts on Steam. Featuring a bunch of Singaporean influencers, players will experience romance on a secluded tropical island.
The game features a few popular influencers from Singapore, including Debbie Soon (plays Gabby) and Nahyun Kim (plays Mia). Some browsing of their instagram pages (purely for research purposes) reveals they were reading the script around 14 weeks ago.
The game is slated for release in February 2026 and will have native English voice (the everyday language in Singapore) along with Chinese and Thai subtitles.
