Ghost Camp removed from Steam

Three games in three weeks have been removed from Steam, presumably over censorship issues. Ghost Camp is the latest to get the chop, having been removed just a few hours ago. The link to the game is below, but it will take you to the storefront

Ghost Camp was going to be about a seductive ghost that possesses one of your companions and follows you back to the workplace. The images included with the original steam listing were mostly of the companions in their swimsuits, see them below:

Ghost Camp does not seem to have much of a social media presence so there is no official statement from the developers. It was first seen on Steam around 5 months ago and only appeared publicly last month. Although it may return in some form, like via Epic Store, we will have to wait and see.

Ghost Camp is the third removal in as many weeks, following Be Rich or Good and Sweet Hamster Days. It should be noted that the developers of Sweet Hamster Days are trying to release it via another platform, and the developers of Be Rich or Good are exploring options to modify it, having apologized via their social media.

Steam Review continues to be a major obstacle for developers of FMV dating games, as even the tame releases are experiencing weeks of delay. We hold grave fears for other upcoming release, like Heroines Through My Lens and Island of Hearts, which both seem to be on the same wavelength.
