New developers Heartbeat have listed an FMV on the Epic Games Store. Flirty Landlord & Gorgeous Tenants was added a few days ago. It appears to be light on story and heavy on lewd visuals. The developers want to bring it to Steam but it has yet to appear and might not get approval given the content.
