The follow-up game to Flirty Landlord and Gorgeous Tenants appeared on the Epic Games Store a few days ago. Stay Reserved, Beauty is the second title by developers Heartbeat Studio. Once again you are surrounded by six women, including a yoga instructor and a domineering boss. One of the actresses from the last game returns.

Flirty Landlord and Gorgeous Tenants was one step up from the Coser games, with a tiny bit of story and some dialogue, although the former practically vanished in the second half. It featured a large number of simulated sex scenes, albeit with the actresses nearly fully clothed.
The ESRB rating for Stay Reserved, Beauty is M – Partial Nudity, Sexual Themes. It is currently not available in South Korea. Their last game was though, so it may eventually be approved by the ratings board.
No trailer was released and it is listed as coming soon. It will have English text support which can already be seen in some of the screenshots. It will likely release in Q3 this year.
