Refate: Echoes of Desire has been listed on Steam. This is the new name for Echo Flare, which is currently available on the Epic store having released back in April. Refate will have English support. Currently the Epic version only has Japanese and Chinese, but an English mod is available for subtitles.

Mountain and Sea seem to be helping out with the Steam version, probably due to their experience on the platform and/or because they generally offer broad translations. The Epic version was updated a little while ago to display ‘trial version’ even though the story is complete.
The trailer seems to indicate that there will be a few new scenes for the youngest character (above), who did not get a proper romance ending in the Epic version. Also the game is a little bit racy, so it is unclear if some scenes will be removed, as this sometimes happens with Steam releases.
Briefly the game stars a character who loses their memory and gets involved with the Yakuza. It is filmed in Japan and most of the cast are Japanese, although it does have a few Chinese characters.
Refate: Echoes of Desire is due out sometime in October. And since the Epic version was fantastic, it is definitely one game that genre fans should keep an eye out for.
