This is a solid, no-fuss entry in the genre with high production values. The main gimmick is the investment side that gives the narrative structure and affects the endings. The story begins with the player-character getting half a billion to invest as you see fit as you take charge of a startup company that is an entertainment platform.
The six admirers are good. One is a star actress with mesmerizing dimples. Another is a streamer with a great smile. And then there is your annoying secretary who wants to be famous, a businesswoman played by Mei Baolai (also in Charming Hearts), a financial advisor, and your older neighbour. The directing, audio, and acting is all very high quality, along with a pretty large cast of extras, good sets, props, and optional 2K video. But most scenes are pretty rushed and rapid-fire. This game needed to slow down and chill. When you add in the investing and the sometimes-funny male friend, the admirers don’t get enough quality screen time.

For the financial investing component, you are intermittently presented with 5 random companies and can throw money at them to get some return later. Story choices also sometimes require money or can lead to investment opportunities. For example, you might help one admirer with her tax, which raises affection but reduces savings. Or you might go with your financial advisor to a meeting and this leads to a big investment return and higher affection.

Branching paths are not super long and the story is fairly linear, so it will take just under 3 hours to finish one run, and about 3-4 more to unlock every scene. Good endings are easy to get. You only need to have $500+ million at the end, and the average return is positive so the chances are likely. Ending up with low money for the bad endings is trickier as having too little can end the game prematurely. Some of the endings are a bit short and unsatisfying. Translation quality is okay but slightly below average. Some dialogue makes no sense and the text between chapters has no English translation. Bonus videos (cast interviews etc.) are also not translated. Overall this is one is still worth playing.
